This is exciting. I love how God points back to what He purposed me to do. I just wish that I could do it all of the time. But, I guess that it is not the season – yet.

Moral of this week, pray for God to enlarge your territory, and he will do it. I have goose bumps, because I am realizing at this moment, how significant our prayer is, and how wonderful God is, and how he will enlarge our territory, even to other nations. Read on my friends:-)AWESOME!

Ok, here’s what transpired on Friday:
UK Based Business Development Company to Supply Chain SaaS : What’s so funny about this call, is I met with Greg Wojcik on Wed, we both worked with a mutual friend, Craig LaFrance 10 years ago. Greg asked if I had spoken to Craig lately, and I said no, I need to call him this week.
My friend Craig LaFrance, who I haven’t spoken with in over 1.5 years, calls at 9:00 am on Friday. He mentioned to me that he may consider joining his friends business, who owns a company based in the UK. The company specializes in SaaS Supply Chain Companies, and helps build business plans, product, product support and infrastructure, etc. One of the clients of this business, is having phenomenal success, and wants to open a USA office. Craig’s friends company doesn’t want to hire reps in UK, to do outbound calling in US. He asked Craig if he knew of any great lead gen companies that are USA based, and Craig suggested to his friend to speak with RareAgent.
Ok, so Craig and I speak at 9:00 am, by 12:00 pm I’m on the phone with his friend, the CEO and Founder of the SaaS Supply Chain Consulting Group. The CEO shares the nature of his consulting services and how he has contractors he brings in to build the marketing and sales, HR, Finance, Product Support, etc.
He mentions that he provides much of the marketing and sales support, and proceeds to tell me how he builds his marketing and sales plans, and how he uses independent contractors for the upfront lead gen. etc. Well, I start to laugh, it’s RareAgent, but without all the infrastructure we have in place for lead gen. I mean, almost exactly how RareAgent does it, but he goes much deeper, because he provides the business plans, how to take a product from inception to completion, pricing models, etc. During our conversation, he kept saying he couldn’t believe for such a small company how advanced our processes and systems were. He kept saying, “I’m blown away with what you have done.” Ok, so I’m smiling and feeling very proud because it’s all of you (RA Family) who have put the sweat and guts into building RareAgent and letting us become the diamond out of the rough:-)
It gets better, The CEO is so impressed, he asks me if I would be willing to travel to the UK (yes, that’s London) to consult with his team, help build a similar infrastructure to RA, and work on a pilot to see how well we can sub-contract to each other. He’d like to build a program for his clients around lead gen workshops. He’d also like to setup similar infrastructure for his client’s sales and marketing teams so they can take advantage of the best practices and methodologies, and build upon these that will be specific to their SaaS Supply Chain environment. Again, he kept saying he didn’t realize how “un-closed loop” his systems were until he saw how well our “closed loop systems were”, and the reporting available, He is BLOWN away by our infrastructure and support, our knowledge of the industry, the thought leaders we have aligned ourselves with and the strategic relationships we have already built with key trusted advisors. .
