If the proper way to lead is to offer choices and let consequences have their way, how does that apply in business where bad choices get you fired? If you let your employees make the choices, business does not give grace for mistakes. But, you have to let people choose. Get the right peoples on the bus is the answer. Business is missing this completely. Employees would stay longer if they were empowered and not controlled and manipulated. If they had a voice in the decision, that would allow growth to happen and ownership in the process.
If God lets us reap the consequences of our decisions, how much of my current affliction is a result of my own control? Control = start of witchcraft = sin. Sin = death. Reaping a mess is the product of control. I am definitely being purged of this. I have repented and am learning how to get out of that. The effect is still there. I see it in Jordan. God, I need mercy and grace. I have done it all wrong for so long.
