Resistance to CO

This is the devil’s attempt to keep us from CO, me thinks. Look over the last year.

I had just decided yesterday to drive out to Colorado to look for a job. This is a much bigger story, but Jordan spent most of last summer battling some intense physical stuff. She was in the hospital for 17 days and ICU for 3 of those. It came right after we decided that we would move to CO.

In Sept., Jordan started moving down a destructive path. That came while I was in CO on a job interview – the first since Jordan was made well from her stay in the hospital.

So, yesterday, I had the thought. I need to go get the job. Our lease is up in June, and this gives me time to do it. I shot out an email, and Grant Stailey is looking into letting me stay in his office building, which he owns. It has all the accommodations.

Laura is in agreement with this. She wants out of this town yesterday but hasnt been to a place of drastic measures. I know the devil means harm, but I can already see how God is using this for good. It has provided enough fuel for Laura to say go now, and do not wait.

I am not certain what all is going on in Denver for us. It has been in motion for 8 years, but it is important.

I plan on leaving the second week in April.
