I looked at yet another house with Zachary yesterday. It was not the one.
As we were leaving, Z tells me that the folks from Clipper called him twice. I guess those low offers that they had suddenly disappeared. She asked Z what it would take to get an offer from us. Z said that we had moved on. So, he told me about this. And, I told him that I would talk with Laura but we would go above 400k.
When I called Laura, $360k was the number that I had in mind. I told the story to Laura and asked her what she thought. She said that we should make the offer at $360k. Well, let’s do that.
So, today, I will put the offer in on clipper. It’s the perfect house. I pray God that You give it to us. In the name of Y’Shua.
