Tomorrow, I fly back to CO. I dont really want to go. I want to be with my family.
The LORD has done a good work, and I know that more is coming. There is something special that I see in the kids when I am with them. They talk and act differently, especially Jordan.
The LORD might be in motion on something. I talked to the USDA and found out that Erie qualifies for their loan guarantee program until March 1 of this year. Well, that’s a big deal because it removes us from paying anything down and having to pay PMI. That could save us 250-300 per month. Oh boy, let it be so!
We found a really cute house on a golf course in Erie. It already has the basement done, has great views, etc. etc. It is awesome. Is it the one? Only the LORD knows. I gave Laura a list of houses that I found in Erie and asked her to look at them. She landed on the same one that I did. So, I will go look at it on Monday.
