I dreamed I was buying an investment property in Atlanta. The guy I was buying it from was given the house. It was a nice area of town. I figured 50k for it and was working with a lender. We were going to go look at the property.
But I told the owner I wouldn’t pay retail and found out he didn’t owe on it. I asked if he would take 40k for it, and he would.
So we were heading to see it, but I started wondering whether I was offering too much. I didn’t know what repairs it needed. I told him it was subject to my ability to get a loan then was going to add inspection, etc.
There was another guy there, but I never saw his face.
