Emails for Jordan

Good morning, John and family,

For the last few days, while celebrating the healing that was going on in Jordan’s hospital rooms, it has been lovely to think of you, sitting by her bed night and day, showing her concretely the love of a father.  It must have deposited in her yet more expectation that her heavenly Father is with her always, in all trials and terrors. And her earthly father is, as well.  What a lovely, healing gift for all of you.

Thank you for including me in your circle of friends and well-wishers.  I feel all the stronger for having witnessed both your and God’s faithfulness.

When you are all well and feel like a day in the mountains, please come by, walk by the river, check out the blue holes, maybe swim in them and let us meet you in person.

Blessings,
Jan Christie

We are celebrating Jordan’s recovery with your family!!  Praise God.  He is SO good!  He is always so faithful – every time isn’t He?!   Jordan must have a great assignment on her life for the enemy to target her in the way that he has.  But, ultimately Jesus reigns!   His hand of protection is on her life and no weapon formed against her shall prosper.

I pray now that your family have Shalom rest and peace.

In His love,
Kathryn and family

Dear Joe
First,  she will absolutely be in our prayers.  Please let John and Laura know we will all be praying for her!!!  I will send this email to our family members and you know there will be a flood of prayers coming Jordan’s way!!

I thought Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever was not real!  I am so surprised and very concerned for her.

Hang in there Joe!  We will not let you down!!

Love
Jean

Since I am still ‘young’ at hearing from the Lord, here is the full story that I did not have the courage to post on your site.  (This is not about me, but about HIM…)

Yesterday at 6:30 in the evening, (yes, I looked and noted the time) while tending my garden, the Lord came to me and showed me that Jordan had experienced or was experiencing a breakthrough.  The spirits that are afflicting her were being broken free and coming out in ways that eyes will see and ears will hear; creating a great testimony for the work of the Lord.  Words flowed through me that I don’t even know how to understand.  Then a peace came over me when thinking of your family that was like nothing I have (knowingly) experienced before.

Having received confirmation on this from your Caring Bridge site, I hold fast to what I saw yesterday and believe it to be true, and nothing less. I will not be shaken, as will not be you, by the moves and the actions that have to happen to get to the point of the breakthrough.

In His Grace,

I am definitely continuing to pray for Jordan, John.  Please continue to keep me in the loop on her so that I will know how to pray.

I just had a thought before writing this email.  You are probably already doing this — I think there is something so powerful in making declarations/proclamations of scripture over loved ones.   Not like a ritual, but in faith….really believing.   For many years, I have believed and practiced praying actual scripture for whatever the prayer need is.  The Word of God never returns void.   I have seen stunning, miraculous things happen as a result.  We do try to declare/proclaim scriptures over our family every night.  Out loud with our mouths.   My husband leads us in this.   I’m sure you probably already know about practicing this, but I thought I would just mention it anyway.  You could find some powerful scriptures for Jordan, put her name in them and start declaring these words of God over her every day.   Scriptures on protection, life, etc…   That’s the Sword of the Spirit in action.

I did this over my own father for a long period of time and saw an absolute miracle take place in his life – he came back to Christ and repented.  He had turned completely away from God.  I took the promises of God, declared them over his life, fully believing in faith that he would bow his knee to Christ.  I saw no results for a long time.  But, then it happened.  On his deathbed as I visited him in the hospital.  He died a week later.  Everything I had been declaring came to pass.  I can tell you in more detail some time.  But, I know in my heart it was because of the intercession and declarations I was making over my dad.

Just a thought.

I’m praying for your Jordan today!  All pain gone, restoration, health, life in the name of Jesus.

I am declaring these myself:

Psalm 34:19  Many are the afflictions of the righteous; but the LORD delivers him out of them all.
(Jordan is made righteous by the blood of Jesus)

Psalm 30:2  O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and you have healed me.

Joel 3:21  For I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed; for the LORD dwells in Zion.  (You will cleanse Jordan’s blood LORD from ALL bacteria, viruses and infirmities!)

Psalm 138:7  Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you will revive me; you shall stretch forth your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and thy right hand shall SAVE ME.  (You say you will revive Jordan, Lord, you will save her with your right hand!)

John, I feel the strength of God even now as I am declaring these scriptures!  I am agreeing with you for God’s complete healing to manifest in Jordan.  God’s deliverance.

John,

OK, my friend … please give me grace to get right to the point.  I’ve been through some incredible Godwinks this morning regarding Israel, our primary mission, (the 2nd & 3rd items in my Godwink 4-part document) but was drawn back to Jordan.  I searched twice through the journal postings because I kept remembering Vancomycin / Vancocin being mentioned (probably not appropriate therapy for RMSF – may have mentioned Vibramycin / Doxycycline instead, which is generally appropriate therapy) and started getting a bit frustrated, when your new journal posting regarding her being re-admitted popped up.  Long story short – just what antibiotics has she received and which ones is she on now, and specifically

Could you ask her IDS:  were there specific culture & sensitivity (C&S) testing, and microbiobiological identification tests done showing rickettsial rickettsi (which is aerobic) and sensitivity to whatever was prescribed and were there anaerobic C&S tests done also?  Do the antimicrobials prescribed/employed cross the blood-brain barrier?

I know this is not exactly an off the cuff question you can comfortably ask the Infectious Disease specialist so you can say:

The question came from a friend who was considered “the world expert” at one time (and may still be) regarding metronidazole / Flagyl / Flagyl I.V.   In any case, I certainly worked closely with and knew the top 40 or so experts in the world, and did the first and I believe only book in the U.S. on metronidazole.  I was the product director who introduced metronidazole in the intravenous and topical forms, and also the 500mg dosage form, in the U.S. and had a primary role in securing the claims for serious anaerobic infections (the full range according to product labeling / DPI), and also for clostridium difficile associated colitis, bacterial vaginosis (including the first U.S. mentioning of BV), rosacea / adult acne (MetroGel), etc.

The above italicized paragraph if needed should at least explain my question and help it to be taken seriously.  Been through this sort of thing a few times before.  For verification of my background, see my website.
Also, you’ve probably done a lot of Googling, but a cute (and cutesy) website but good nevertheless which explains the above in a simple easy to understand way is :  scroll down and you’ll see the 7 drugs (including “my baby” metronidazole which is not appropriate) and specifically note vancomycin and doxycycline.

Hi John,

Just turned on the computer and found your note, below. All morning I’ve been singing praise songs over your family, with multiple doses of praise and thanksgiving over precious Jordan.  We will continue to press into the Lord for wisdom and resolution.

Have no concern about breaking the fast.  You have been through the ringer. No need for heroics.  The Lord’s power, authority, and compassion are at work here.  Keep calling on your intercessors to stand strong for you.  Every one of us comes, all too often, to the point where we need others to be strong for us.

You may be on to something with the antibiotic issue.  Good idea to call.  Jordan sounded like she was absolutely miserable and wiped out. Let us agree on evicting every spirit of hysteria that would like to rise up when we are so overwhelmed.  Don’t you wish she was a toddler you could scoop up in your arms, hold her tight and hug the pain right out of her? Love all the owies away.

I keep seeing you surrounding her with tenderness and lots of love, hugs, and celebrating going on amongst all your family members….celebrating that you are all together and Jordan is on-the-mend. So much to be grateful for.  The Lord is here with healing in His wings. Hallelujah!!!  No telling how many people will experience God’s healing through this ordeal.

Thank You Father God for all the victories You are orchestrating through the trial Jordan and her loved ones are walking through.  Thank You that Your strength is new every morning, in fact, every minute. Pour it on, please, Father, that we might know You even more intimately, our hearts enlarged with the wonder of You and Your incomparable love.  For all of those on the periphery of this experience we pray, Lord, knowing each of them is calling out to you for some situation in their own lives.  Hear our prayers, O Lord. Hear our prayers.  We are so grateful for Your incomparable gift of prayer.  We thank you.

One more thing, Lord, we ask You to give Your wisdom to Jordan’s doctors.  Cause them to listen to her symptoms and consider them afresh.  We ask you to deliver them from same-old-same-old thinking, and to help them listen anew as though she was the first person coming to them with these symptoms.   Grant us this grace, Lord God.

Blessings,
Jan Christie

Let me know when you would like to send an email to the Madelaine Prayer Circle of intercessors.  They cover me and Christ King Of kings Network with prayer and especially in situations like this.

The Lord showed me a scripture in Psalms, 45:13-16

“The king’s daughter is all glorified within: her clothing is of wrought gold.  She shall be brought unto the king in rainment of needlework; the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.  With gladness and rejoicing shall they enter into the king’s palace.  Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom thou mayest make princes in all of the earth.”

In Jesus Name, I claim healing today for Jordan Stein,

Father, please make it according to Your will, today, for nothing is impossible with you.  You are able to do abundantly more than we could ever ask or think and we give you all of the glory, Lord Jesus, Christ King Of kings.

Marcia Lynn

Hi John,

I stand in agreement with you concerning Jordan’s manifested healing.

Jesus already bore this affliction by the stripes He took upon His body; so, now Jordan does not have to be subject to these afflictions.

Satan is the thief, and I stand in agreement with you John and rebuke and resist all sickness, disease, and afflictions that would attempt to attach itself to Jordan’s body and that would attempt to live in her body. I reduce to zero anything that’s not of God from Jordan – spirit, soul, and body now!

I call for manifested healing and wholeness now in every area of Jordan’s life: spirit, soul, and body.
Jordan is healed – no matter what it looks like, and no matter what it feels like.

Affliction/pain, you bow your ugly knee to the name of Jesus and flee from Jordan now!

For it’s by the blood of Jesus that Jordan has a blood purchased right thru Jesus to have soundness and wholeness in every area of her life – spirit, soul and body.

Nothing is missing, nothing is lacking, and nothing is broken in Jordan’s life. Father God, I thank you for being Jordan’s healer right now.

Thank you Father God for your peace upon Jordan and her family.

In Jesus’ name, Amen!

In Christ,
