I got the questionnaire completed for the Brown’s Bridge chruch job. Bob Hempen immediately responded that he would follow up if any other information were needed. that was 9:15 or so. By noon, he emailed that he wanted to talk with me – way cool. So, I have a meeting with him at 8:30 this morning. The odd thing is that I told Laura yesteday that my mind was taken back to the day a number of months ago where Mike Teston prayed for my success at Brown’s Bridge. I didnt understand it then. I thought maybe we were supposed to go there instead of NPCC or I was to volunteer, but I never considered this. Could that prayer have been a prophetic word from God? We shall see.
Laura said that she thought about it too.
Bless God, we have the house done. George just needs to get a loan with his share of the sidiing costs added to the sales price. I saw God in it all the way. When I made the counter offer, I gave them 5k in repairs. The repairs came to 5k. When I budgeted our net, I put 10k in for repairs after the inspection. We came in at $9,732. I know that He was working the numbers. What a cool and trying experience. Praise You, Lord.
Laura was really hurting yesterday – she let me have her wrath. Pr 15:1.
She says that she doesnt ever want to live together again. That I should have protected her. She is hurt and angry. I pray that she would be made free from her bondage. She did say Friday night that she no longer has a cynical outlook. She is coming to trust Him. This is really good. Bless God.
