Aside from the broken heart issue, God is really talking to me about the power of life and death is in the power of the tongue.
The events:
God says not to be harsh. Direct is good. Harsh no. Proverbs 15:1.
God says not to criticize circumstances, people, Laura and myself. This took a while to get to. He had a progressive series of events leading up to it. Laura and I are working hard on calling out the gold in everything. If things are bad, we prophesy over it. Opposite spirit.
Peter had that anointing. He carried the presence of God like I want. It came out when folks put the sick and lame in the alleys for his shadow to heal them. It was never the shadow. It was the Presence, but the people couldnt feel it. I have. It put me on the hunt for more of God’s presence way back when.
Peter had that anointing. And, when it is present, life or death are possibilities. In Acts 5, Peter curses Annanias and Saphira. They died. Jesus demonstrated this with the fig tree. Life and death are in the tongue.
This also was highlighted with Elisha. Eliajah told him that it was a “hard thing” for the double-portion anointing. As I studied before, it wasnt hard to get it like many think. It was hard to carry it. We saw one of Elisha’s first exploits involved cursing the kids who mocked him and called him baldy. The bears came and mauled them.
God told me that the amount of POWER that HE is about to release to me (and others) will have this capability. Get this now because we can kill people or give them life.
Wow.
