In worship yesterday, I saw me standing on the shores of the beaches in New England.
I faced east. A storm was coming – a hurricane even.
The wind blew against me, but I stood there facing it.
Suddenly, I was taken up over the top of the storm – I rose above it.
And, I started turning in the opposite direction (Spirit) of the storm. I was moving fast, and the storm started to stop and reverse its course.
Rise above and move in the opposite spirit to the storms of life. We have the power to change adversity’s course.
