The lady who owns the house on Incorrigible countered to $409k. So, she went from 467 down to 409. We were 107k apart, and now we are 49k apart. Yea God!
I believe that I am going to offer them 372k. 390k seems like the number.

I talked to Zachary a bit last night. We have a few minor issues on the house to work out, but they came back with the thought that the bank would not pay closing costs and would we be open to a counter offer of $369k with no closing costs rather than $370k w/3k in closing.
Ummm, yea!
Bless God, He is doing it. We now have to turn out sights to prayer on expediency with the bank and that no one else will make an offer on the house prior to bank approval. He is doing it. Way cool!
