You know, the LORD IS going to bring that house sooner or later. In fact, I know that we are going to get a really good rate and an amazing house.
So, we are putting an offer in on a house today. It is at 813 Incorrigible Cir, Longmont, 80504.
We are offering 360k with 10k down on earnest money. It’s a short sale, and Z can give you the particulars. There is 5,400 in credits being asked for as well.
Still looking at 5% money.
Can you update me with the sheet given these parameters?
