So, I look at Jordan and see that she had something on her from the day she left the womb. Even the doctor saw that she had an independent spirit at 9 mos of age. Fear has been given to her from generations past. But, this is NOT her inheritance.
I was talking with Nate yesterday, and he was describing Jaden’s self hatred and depression, etc. It sounded like Jaden talks just like Nate. And, jaden is four. We are onto something here. Jaden has been handed down a generational curse too.
We have been studying Mark Baker’s stuff on deliverance and inner healing. Mark speaks about going back into people’s pasts to break off legal access that the devil has to them. Once broken, the demonic just go away. Ok, I get that. However, what happens when your child isnt old enough to have that past?
Jesus showed us.
We must cut the curse off at the root. Go backward to the forefathers not forward towards the children. If the forefathers are dead, the Holy Spirit will show what needs to be dealt with. Once the curse has been broken off between us and our forefathers, the root is severed. That leaves the child holding onto the branch, which has no anchor.
Cut poison ivy off at the root, and all the nasty stuff upstream withers and dies.
Oh boy, is this revelation. So LORD, I ask, what is it that Laura and I need victory in here? Where is the root of our generational curses? Where does the spirit of fear gain access? Are there other spirits operating here, and where is their access coming from? Show us, O LORD, what to do here. Break this up. You are our mighty Warrior.
